Cartons may be packed in one warehouse, shipped to another warehouse, and cross-docked at that warehouse directly to the customer. Current Stock Levels and Current Order Locations are always available to customers in real-time via a secure webpage view. Clients of the warehouse may also use the secure webpage to upload their orders into SEQOS.

The success of a 3rd-party logistics operator is finally its ability to bill services to its customers. SEQOS client-configurable transaction-based charging, location-usage charging, and miscellaneous charging provide the mechanism for 3PLs to easily invoice their customers for all warehouse activities. Payments from those customers' invoices from 3PL creditors and payments by the 3PL to their creditors may also be entered. Track outstanding amounts using the SEQOS Aged Accounts report. The Profit and Loss report shows the summary of all income and expenses for a range of dates for all debtors and creditors.
