Internet - Troubleshooting and Diagnostic tools

 

All our customers are successfully supported through Internet or Dial-up connections.

We have developed a wide range of diagnostic tools that allow us to support our clients without the need for our staff to attend on site. This results in faster response times and happier clients.

Normal support hours are 8am to 6pm in the timezone of the installation's country. An after-hours support number is provided for urgent assistance.
