Do Your Products Reach The Right Customer, At The Right Time, For The Right Price, Every Time?

Most companies understand the benefit of enforcing quality-driven, system-directed and managed business processes with the use of Enterprise Systems. Whether they are home grown or leading standard systems such as SAP, Oracle or MFG/Pro, these systems are often excellent at controlling the flow of information and transactions, but fail to provide the same level of control over the physical management of stock and warehouse operations. Companies whose operations include complex requirements for the management of physical inventory and significant storage or distribution challenges are often left with labour intensive, error prone, manual processes to manage warehouses or Distribution Centres. The net result: incorrect, incomplete or unfulfilled orders - and unhappy customers.

Drive Your Warehouse Like You Drive Your Business

With the use of state of the art RF Handheld Terminals, BarCode Labelling and System Directed Task Driven warehouse labour management SEQOS provides all the facilities to define and enforce your business processes, eliminate errors and manage labour.

Rapid Implementation

SEQOS is installed with useful templates alleviating the requirement to configure the system from start.

"Configuration" means the activation of a system feature without any software changes. Some parts of the system can be configured by the system administrator; others require assistance or management by Concurrent Software. All items listed in this document are "configurable".

Consistent user interface and consistent use of keyboard function keys. All codes used in the various tables can be defined by the administrator (or user). Unlimited number of codes available for each table. Many tables support hierarchy (to enable records grouping). E.g., the Sydney delivery zone and the Newcastle delivery zone may belong to the NSW delivery zone (group). Sydney may also belong to another group called Capital Cities which includes other delivery zones. Changing a table code (e.g., product code) automatically changes all references to that code throughout all tables. Each field expecting a code validates the code from the table configuration.
