Pictures, documents and other files can be attached to most
SEQOS record types.
Applications
For example, when stock is received delivery documents
may be scanned with a flat-bed scanner and attached
to the SEQOS receipt data.
If received stock is damaged, a photograph of the damage
may be attached to the stock record.
An image of every product may be attached to its product
record.
Method
As each
record is scrolled in a list, or the record detail is
displayed, the left hand panel of the SEQOS Client window
shows an icon for each picture, document and other attachments
relating to the record.
