Kanban scheduling concept is implemented in SEQOS using the assembly and auto-replenishment features. No cards are required as in traditional Kanban systems.

Multiple levels of manufacturing are supported.

The finished product is assembled from component products. When the replenishment level of a component product is reached, an ASRS or a storeperson is automatically directed to replenish that component product. The component product may be an assembled product from another level in the manufacturing process.

Product supersession is supported.

Personnel are directed to tasks using appropriate specialised handling equipment.

Productivity measurement, lots, batches, serial numbers are other attributes are tracked through every step of the manufacturing process.
